Not all disagreements and disputes in the world of sports make headlines. Often quick decisions, which do not attract media attention, are needed. Disputes are then resolved through a so-called arbitration case in the federation.

Sometimes it is about arriving at a compromise and the ability to reach common ground and thereby preventing the case from reaching the court. Other times the only solution is a trial where the different aspects of the case are presented clearly.
